“The world has changed, but people are still people and they like to know that the business and the individual are practical, reliable and trustworthy” according to Wayne.


Wayne’s comprehensive knowledge of every part of the property process began when he commenced as sales cadet then progressed through, licensed real estate agent, principal of several real estate businesses, project marketing director and developer of residential and commercial
projects.

“Site acquisition and effective project marketing are my passions” said Wayne “I work to understand the owner’s objectives then it is exciting to work through the creative stages as well as the diligent follow-through necessary to work on larger or more complicated projects.


Wayne has the necessary practical experience to work with clients to maximise the return on their investment for real estate projects. This includes assessing and securing targeted sites, strategic ‘value adds’ for these sites, and project marketing expertise to enable an orderly maximum
realisation for the asset as required.


Wayne’s early involvement with the Ray White Group in 1982 as a franchisee greatly enhanced his real estate skills, and fired a desire to add to these skillsets through practical hands-on experience gained at the coalface in diverse real estate career roles.


Wayne is delighted to re-join with the Ray White Family and apply his depth of experience to the team and his clients.
